Astronomy & the Wonders of God’s Creation

Coaldale Schoolhouse 287 Hayden Creek Road, Coaldale

Christ Chapel in Howard is hosting astrophysicist Dr. Jason Lisle for a full day of science‑and‑faith presentations on Sunday, April 12. The morning begins with Worlds of Creation at 9:30 AM, followed by The Importance of Genesis at 10:30 AM, with lunch provided at noon. The evening picks up again with The Secret Code of Creation at 6:00 PM and Astronomy Reveals Creation at 7:00 PM, with refreshments to close out the day.

Heritage Apple Tree Grafting Workshop

The Western Fremont Historical Society hosts a hands‑on workshop where participants learn to graft heritage apple scion onto rootstock and take home two grafted trees. Class fee is $10; space is limited to 20. Registration required.
